Laurie Fowler is the Associate Dean for Administrative and Strategic Affairs for UGA's Odum School of Ecology. An environmental and land-use attorney, she also serves on the clinical faculty at the School of Law. She teaches experiential service learning courses that allow graduate students to work across disciplines, applying policy, design, and ecological principles to manage and protect water and other natural resources for diverse stakeholder clients.

Involvement in Watershed UGA

I serve as the Principal Investigator for this project and teach a service-learning course, the interdisciplinary graduate-level Environmental Policy Practicum (ECOL 8720) whose students help develop and implement many Watershed UGA projects.
